1.Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and CoreSpring HK Limited, Room 1006, 10/F, Po Yip Building, 23 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("CoreSpring", "we", "us"). They govern your use of TaleWalk, including the website at talewalk.com and the TaleWalk iOS application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the additional terms in Section 17 also apply.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Stories may contain mature themes intended for adults. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3.Your account

• You may sign in to the iOS app only with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected]. Your account then enters a 30-day retention period. Signing in during that period restores your account; after 30 days, your account is permanently deleted. For accounts using Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the account’s Apple authorization. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

4.The Service and AI-generated content

• TaleWalk generates interactive fiction with artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people. Replies are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected.
• Everything in the Service is fiction. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other kind of advice, and you should not rely on it as such. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Stories, characters and features may be added, altered or removed.
• We may set limits on usage, including the number of messages or chapters available in the free tier, and may change those limits.

The Service consists of the TaleWalk iOS app and talewalk.com, a static information website. The website has no account system, sign-in or purchasing functionality. In the app, you can create a “world” from a sentence or a form: a role-playing scenario with characters, a player character and an opening. You can publish a world for other users to play or keep it private, have streaming conversations with AI characters, and use comments, likes, bookmarks and follows. The app offers subscription plans, credits, rewarded videos, daily check-ins and friend invitations. Character replies can be played using text-to-speech, and world covers can be generated with AI.

5.Free tier and advertising

The free tier includes a daily allowance of messages and may show advertising served by third parties. You may choose to watch rewarded video advertisements to receive credits for additional usage. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Attempting to manipulate the advertising system, including generating artificial impressions or clicks, is prohibited and may result in termination.

Rewarded video completion is verified through server-to-server callbacks from the advertising platform. Faking video views or using emulators or scripts to obtain rewards is prohibited and will result in the clawback of improperly obtained credits and termination of your account. We may apply daily reward limits and use device identifiers, IP addresses and account activity to detect abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.Subscriptions and purchases

6.1 Plans

TaleWalk offers auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly and annual "Premium") and may offer one-time purchases such as message or credit packs. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Prices may vary by region and may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice.

6.2 Purchases on iOS

• Purchases in the iOS app are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com .
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6.3 Account-based access

Subscriptions and consumable items are tied to your TaleWalk account, not to a device. Sign in to the same account in the iOS app to access your subscription benefits and consumable balance.

6.4 Credits and virtual items

Credits and virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Apple’s applicable refund policies described in Section 6.2. Credits obtained through a purchase or as part of a paid subscription do not expire while your account exists. Credits granted free of charge, such as those earned from rewarded videos, daily check-ins, friend invitations or promotions, may expire under the rules and expiry dates shown in the app.

You may receive credits through purchases, subscription benefits, rewarded videos, daily check-ins or friend invitations, as offered and described in the app. If we detect credits or virtual items obtained through abnormal, fraudulent or otherwise improper activity, we may claw them back and suspend or terminate the account. The advertising and reward rules in Section 5 also apply.

7.Your content

• You own the stories, characters and messages you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service, and, if you choose to publish or share a story, to make it available to other users.
• You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
• AI output generated for you is yours to use, subject to these Terms. We make no claim of copyright in it, and we cannot guarantee that similar output will not be generated for other users.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and we may keep copies as required for legal compliance.

7.1 Creator terms for worlds

• Publishing a world grants other users a non-exclusive licence to play that world through the Service, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of Your Content as described above.
• You must accurately label the content rating of each world you publish.
• A private world is available only to you and cannot be shared with other users. To make it available to others, you must publish it in accordance with these Terms and the applicable review process.
• We may take down a published world because it violates these Terms or applicable law, or in response to a complaint.
• Changes to a published world must undergo review again before the revised world can be published.

8.Rules of conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• create, request or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors, in any form;
• create or share content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hatred against protected groups, or illegal activity;
• impersonate real people without their consent, or create content that defames or harasses real people;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• attempt to extract our prompts, models or system instructions, reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, or access it by automated means without our written permission;
• circumvent usage limits, payment, advertising or security measures;
• interfere with the Service or other users' use of it.

We use automated and manual moderation to enforce these rules. Users can report content from within the Service. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension or termination without refund.

8.1 Community features, reports and appeals

These rules also apply to comments, likes, bookmarks, follows and other community features. Do not use these features to send spam, harass or impersonate others, or artificially manipulate engagement.

Worlds, comments and AI output are subject to automated content moderation. Moderation may result in content being rejected or taken down. You can report content in the app or contact [email protected]. If you disagree with an automated moderation decision, you can appeal by emailing [email protected]; a person will review your appeal.

9.Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, built-in stories and characters, trademarks (including "TaleWalk" and "CoreSpring") and all related content, is owned by CoreSpring or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and website for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

10.Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your licence ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 17) survive.

11.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSpring will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or HK$500 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except that consumers in the EEA or UK may bring claims in their home courts where the law so requires. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected]; most issues can be resolved quickly.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

15.Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreSpring, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

16.Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

17.Additional terms for the App Store version

The following terms apply if you use the TaleWalk app obtained from the Apple App Store ("App Store Version"):

• These Terms are between you and CoreSpring only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). CoreSpring, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App Store Version and its content.
• The licence granted to you is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App Store Version on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where available.
• CoreSpring is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App Store Version. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• In the event of any failure of the App Store Version to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App Store Version.
• CoreSpring, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App Store Version or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App Store Version or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, CoreSpring, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of such claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App Store Version.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18.Language

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.

19.General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

2.使用資格

3.你的帳戶

• 你僅可透過 Apple 或 Google 登入 iOS 應用程式。你須妥善保管登入方式，並對帳戶下的一切活動負責。
• 一人一帳戶。請勿共享、出售或轉讓你的帳戶。
• 你可隨時於應用程式內的「設定 → 帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」申請刪除帳戶，亦可電郵至 [email protected] 提出申請。帳戶隨後進入 30 天保留期；期間登入即可恢復帳戶，30 天後帳戶將永久刪除。使用 Apple 登入的帳戶，我們亦會向 Apple 撤銷該帳戶的授權。資料保留及刪除詳見我們的私隱政策。

4.本服務與 AI 生成內容

• TaleWalk 以人工智能生成互動小說。角色並非真實人物。回覆由自動化系統生成，可能不準確、不一致或出乎意料。
• 本服務中的一切均屬虛構，並非醫療、法律、財務、心理或任何其他形式的建議，你不應作此依賴。如你正處於危急情況，請聯絡當地緊急服務。
• 我們可隨時更改、暫停或終止本服務的任何部分。故事、角色及功能可能新增、修改或移除。
• 我們可對使用設定限制，包括免費版可用的訊息或章節數量，並可更改該等限制。

本服務包括 TaleWalk iOS 應用程式及 talewalk.com 靜態資訊網站。網站不設帳戶系統、登入或購買功能。你可在應用程式內以一句話或表單建立「世界」，即包含角色、玩家角色及開場的角色扮演劇本。你可公開發布世界供其他用戶遊玩，或將世界設為私密；可與 AI 角色進行串流對話，並使用評論、讚好、收藏及關注功能。應用程式提供訂閱方案、積分、獎勵影片、每日簽到及邀請好友功能。角色回覆可透過文字轉語音播放，世界封面亦可由 AI 生成。

5.免費版與廣告

免費版包含每日訊息額度，並可能展示由第三方投放的廣告。你可選擇觀看獎勵影片廣告以獲取積分，用於額外使用額度。我們不控制第三方廣告的內容。任何操縱廣告系統的行為，包括製造虛假展示或點擊，均被禁止，並可能導致帳戶終止。

獎勵影片的完成情況由廣告平台的伺服器回呼核驗。禁止偽造觀看，或使用模擬器或指令碼獲取獎勵；該等行為將導致不當取得的積分被扣回及帳戶被終止。我們可設定每日獎勵上限，並使用裝置識別碼、IP 位址及帳戶行為識別濫用，詳見我們的私隱政策。

6.訂閱與購買

6.1 方案

TaleWalk 提供自動續訂的訂閱（例如按月及按年的「Premium」），並可能提供一次性購買項目，例如訊息包或積分包。當前價格及各方案包含的內容會在購買前於應用程式顯示。價格可能因地區而異並可能變更；變更會在通知後於你的下一個續訂期生效。

6.2 iOS 上的購買

• iOS 應用程式內的購買透過 Apple 進行，並受 Apple 條款約束。款項會在確認購買時從你的 Apple 帳戶扣除。
• 訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消。續訂費用會在訂閱期結束前 24 小時內從你的 Apple 帳戶扣除。
• 你可於裝置的「設定 → Apple 帳戶 → 訂閱」管理或取消訂閱。刪除應用程式不會取消訂閱。
• App Store 購買的退款由 Apple 按其政策處理，請前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。
• 任何免費試用會在試用期結束時轉為付費訂閱，除非在此之前取消。購買訂閱時，未使用的免費試用部分將被放棄。

6.3 與帳戶綁定的使用權益

訂閱及消耗型項目與你的 TaleWalk 帳戶綁定，而非與裝置綁定。在 iOS 應用程式內登入同一帳戶，即可使用你的訂閱權益及消耗型項目餘額。

6.4 積分與虛擬物品

積分及虛擬物品沒有現金價值，不可轉讓，亦不可兌換現金。除適用法律或第 6.2 條所述的 Apple 適用退款政策另有要求外，積分及虛擬物品不可退款。透過購買或付費訂閱取得的積分，在你的帳號存續期間不會過期。免費取得的積分，例如透過激勵影片、每日簽到、邀請好友或推廣活動所獲得者，可按應用程式內顯示的規則及到期日過期。

你可按應用程式內提供及說明的方式，透過購買、訂閱權益、獎勵影片、每日簽到或邀請好友獲取積分。如我們發現積分或虛擬物品透過異常、欺詐或其他不當行為取得，我們可予以扣回，並暫停或終止帳戶。第 5 條的廣告及獎勵規則亦適用。

7.你的內容

• 你擁有你創作的故事、角色及訊息（「你的內容」）。你授予我們一項全球性、非獨家、免版稅的許可，以在營運及改善本服務所需的範圍內託管、儲存、複製、改編及展示你的內容；如你選擇發布或分享故事，則亦可向其他用戶提供該故事。
• 你須對你的內容負責。請勿上傳你無權使用的任何內容。
• 為你生成的 AI 輸出可由你在本條款約束下使用。我們不主張對其擁有版權，亦無法保證不會為其他用戶生成相似的輸出。
• 我們可移除違反本條款或適用法律的內容，並可按法律合規所需保留副本。

7.1 世界創作者條款

• 發布世界即表示你向其他用戶授予一項非獨家許可，讓他們在本條款約束下透過本服務遊玩該世界。你仍按上文所述擁有你的內容。
• 你必須準確標示每個已發布世界的內容分級。
• 私密世界僅供你自己使用，不可與其他用戶分享。如要供其他用戶使用，你必須按本條款及適用審核程序公開發布該世界。
• 我們可因世界違反本條款或適用法律，或因收到投訴而將已發布的世界下架。
• 已發布世界的修改必須重新接受審核，方可發布修改後的版本。

8.行為守則

你不得利用本服務：

• 以任何形式創作、要求或分享涉及未成年人的色情內容，或任何將未成年人性化的內容；
• 創作或分享宣揚暴力、恐怖主義、自殘、針對受保護群體的仇恨或非法活動的內容；
• 未經同意冒充真實人物，或創作誹謗或騷擾真實人物的內容；
• 侵犯他人的知識產權或私隱權；
• 試圖提取我們的提示詞、模型或系統指令，對本服務進行逆向工程、抓取，或未經我們書面許可以自動化方式存取；
• 規避使用限制、付款、廣告或保安措施；
• 干擾本服務或其他用戶對本服務的使用。

我們以自動化及人工審核執行上述規則。用戶可在本服務內舉報內容。違規可能導致內容移除、帳戶暫停或終止，且不予退款。

8.1 社群功能、舉報與申訴

上述規則亦適用於評論、讚好、收藏、關注及其他社群功能。請勿利用這些功能發送垃圾訊息、騷擾或冒充他人，或人為操縱互動數據。

世界、評論及 AI 輸出會接受自動化內容審核，審核結果可能導致內容被駁回或下架。你可在應用程式內舉報內容，亦可聯絡 [email protected]。如你對自動化審核決定有異議，可電郵至 [email protected] 申訴；我們會安排人工覆核。

9.我們的知識產權

本服務，包括其軟件、設計、內置故事及角色、商標（包括「TaleWalk」及「CoreSpring」）及所有相關內容，均由 CoreSpring 或其許可方擁有並受法律保護。我們授予你一項有限、個人、不可轉讓、可撤銷的許可，以按預定用途使用本應用程式及網站。除此之外不授予任何其他權利。

10.終止

你可隨時停止使用本服務並刪除帳戶。如你違反本條款、法律要求或我們終止本服務，我們可暫停或終止你的存取。終止後你的許可即告結束；按其性質應繼續有效的條款（包括第 7、9、11、12、13、15 及 17 條）在終止後仍然有效。

11.免責聲明

本服務按「現狀」及「可用」基準提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不作任何明示或暗示的保證，包括對特定用途的適用性、AI 輸出的準確性，以及不間斷或無錯誤運作。本條款不排除你作為消費者依法享有且不可排除的權利。

12.責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，CoreSpring 不對因你使用本服務而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害，或資料、利潤或商譽的損失承擔責任。我們就與本服務有關的任何索償所承擔的總責任，以你在索償事由發生前 12 個月內向我們支付的金額為限；如你未曾付款，則以港幣 500 元為限。本條款不限制因疏忽導致死亡或人身傷害、欺詐，或任何其他依法不可限制的責任。

13.管轄法律與爭議

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議均提交香港法院專屬管轄，惟歐洲經濟區或英國的消費者可在法律要求時於其所在地法院提出申索。在展開正式程序前，請先聯絡 [email protected]，大部分問題都能迅速解決。

14.本條款的變更

我們可能更新本條款。新版本會連同新的生效日期在此頁公布；如屬重大變更，我們會在生效前至少 14 日透過應用程式或電郵通知你。在該日期後繼續使用本服務即表示你接受新條款。

15.彌償

在法律允許的範圍內，你同意就因你的內容、你對本服務的使用，或你違反本條款或適用法律而引起的任何索償、損失、責任或開支（包括合理律師費），向 CoreSpring 及其關聯公司、高級人員、僱員及代理作出彌償並使其免受損害。

16.意見反饋

如你向我們提供關於本服務的建議或意見，你同意我們可不受限制地使用，且無需向你支付任何補償。

17.App Store 版本的附加條款

如你使用從 Apple App Store 取得的 TaleWalk 應用程式（「App Store 版本」），以下條款適用：

• 本條款僅為你與 CoreSpring 之間的協議，而非與 Apple Inc.（「Apple」）之間的協議。App Store 版本及其內容由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 全權負責。
• 授予你的許可僅限於在你擁有或控制的 Apple 品牌裝置上使用 App Store 版本的不可轉讓許可，並須符合 Apple 媒體服務條款及條件中的使用規則；惟在可用的情況下，與你關聯的其他帳戶可透過「家人共享」或批量購買存取本應用程式。
• App Store 版本的任何維護及支援由 CoreSpring 全權負責。Apple 沒有義務提供任何維護或支援服務。
• 如 App Store 版本未能符合任何適用保證，你可通知 Apple，Apple 將向你退還該應用程式的購買價格。在法律允許的最大範圍內，Apple 對 App Store 版本不承擔任何其他保證義務。
• 你或任何第三方就 App Store 版本或你對其的持有或使用提出的任何索償，包括產品責任索償、該應用程式不符合法律或監管要求的索償，以及消費者保護或類似法例下的索償，均由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 負責處理。
• 如有第三方聲稱 App Store 版本或你對其的持有及使用侵犯其知識產權，該索償的調查、抗辯、和解及解除由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 全權負責。
• 你聲明你並非身處受美國政府禁運的國家或被指定為「支持恐怖主義」的國家，且你並未被列入任何美國政府的禁止或限制交易方名單。
• 使用 App Store 版本時，你必須遵守適用的第三方協議條款。
• Apple 及其子公司為本條款的第三方受益人；你接受本條款後，Apple 將有權（並被視為已接受該權利）作為第三方受益人向你執行本條款。

18.語言

本條款以英文撰寫，譯本僅供參考。如英文版本與譯本有任何不一致，概以英文版本為準。

19.一般條款

如本條款任何條文被裁定不可執行，其餘條文仍然有效。本條款構成你與我們之間關於本服務的完整協議。你不得轉讓本條款；我們可將本條款轉讓予關聯公司或繼承人。我們未執行任何條文不構成放棄。

• 你仅可通过 Apple 或 Google 登录 iOS 应用程序。你须妥善保管登录方式，并对账号下的一切活动负责。
• 一人一账号。请勿共享、出售或转让你的账号。
• 你可随时于应用程序内的「设置 → 账号 → 删除账号」申请删除账号，亦可发送电子邮件至 [email protected] 提出申请。账号随后进入 30 天保留期；期间登录即可恢复账号，30 天后账号将永久删除。使用 Apple 登录的账号，我们亦会向 Apple 撤销该账号的授权。资料保留及删除详见我们的隐私政策。

4.本服务与 AI 生成内容

• TaleWalk 以人工智能生成互动小说。角色并非真实人物。回复由自动化系统生成，可能不准确、不一致或出乎意料。
• 本服务中的一切均属虚构，并非医疗、法律、财务、心理或任何其他形式的建议，你不应作此依赖。如你正处于危急情况，请联系当地紧急服务。
• 我们可随时更改、暂停或终止本服务的任何部分。故事、角色及功能可能新增、修改或移除。
• 我们可对使用设置限制，包括免费版可用的消息或章节数量，并可更改该等限制。

本服务包括 TaleWalk iOS 应用程序及 talewalk.com 静态信息网站。网站不设账号系统、登录或购买功能。你可在应用程序内以一句话或表单建立「世界」，即包含角色、玩家角色及开场的角色扮演剧本。你可公开发布世界供其他用户游玩，或将世界设为私密；可与 AI 角色进行流式对话，并使用评论、点赞、收藏及关注功能。应用程序提供订阅套餐、积分、激励视频、每日签到及邀请好友功能。角色回复可通过文字转语音播放，世界封面亦可由 AI 生成。

5.免费版与广告

免费版包含每日消息额度，并可能展示由第三方投放的广告。你可选择观看激励视频广告以获取积分，用于额外使用额度。我们不控制第三方广告的内容。任何操纵广告系统的行为，包括制造虚假展示或点击，均被禁止，并可能导致账号终止。

激励视频的完成情况由广告平台的服务器回调核验。禁止伪造观看，或使用模拟器或脚本获取奖励；该等行为将导致不当取得的积分被扣回及账号被终止。我们可设置每日奖励上限，并使用设备标识符、IP 地址及账号行为识别滥用，详见我们的隐私政策。

6.订阅与购买

6.1 套餐

TaleWalk 提供自动续订的订阅（例如按月及按年的「Premium」），并可能提供一次性购买项目，例如消息包或积分包。当前价格及各套餐包含的内容会在购买前于应用程序显示。价格可能因地区而异并可能变更；变更会在通知后于你的下一个续订期生效。

6.2 iOS 上的购买

• iOS 应用程序内的购买通过 Apple 进行，并受 Apple 条款约束。款项会在确认购买时从你的 Apple 账号扣除。
• 订阅会自动续订，除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消。续订费用会在订阅期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple 账号扣除。
• 你可于设备的「设置 → Apple 账号 → 订阅」管理或取消订阅。删除应用程序不会取消订阅。
• App Store 购买的退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
• 任何免费试用会在试用期结束时转为付费订阅，除非在此之前取消。购买订阅时，未使用的免费试用部分将被放弃。

6.3 与账号绑定的使用权益

订阅及消耗型项目与你的 TaleWalk 账号绑定，而非与设备绑定。在 iOS 应用程序内登录同一账号，即可使用你的订阅权益及消耗型项目余额。

6.4 积分与虚拟物品

积分及虚拟物品没有现金价值，不可转让，亦不可兑换现金。除适用法律或第 6.2 条所述的 Apple 适用退款政策另有要求外，积分及虚拟物品不可退款。通过购买或付费订阅获得的积分，在你的账号存续期间不会过期。免费获得的积分，例如通过激励视频、每日签到、邀请好友或推广活动所获得者，可按应用内显示的规则及到期日过期。

你可按应用程序内提供及说明的方式，通过购买、订阅权益、激励视频、每日签到或邀请好友获取积分。如我们发现积分或虚拟物品通过异常、欺诈或其他不当行为取得，我们可予以扣回，并暂停或终止账号。第 5 条的广告及奖励规则亦适用。

7.你的内容

• 你拥有你创作的故事、角色及消息（「你的内容」）。你授予我们一项全球性、非独家、免版税的许可，以在运营及改善本服务所需的范围内托管、存储、复制、改编及展示你的内容；如你选择发布或分享故事，则亦可向其他用户提供该故事。
• 你须对你的内容负责。请勿上传你无权使用的任何内容。
• 为你生成的 AI 输出可由你在本条款约束下使用。我们不主张对其拥有版权，亦无法保证不会为其他用户生成相似的输出。
• 我们可移除违反本条款或适用法律的内容，并可按法律合规所需保留副本。

7.1 世界创作者条款

• 发布世界即表示你向其他用户授予一项非独家许可，让他们在本条款约束下通过本服务游玩该世界。你仍按上文所述拥有你的内容。
• 你必须准确标示每个已发布世界的内容分级。
• 私密世界仅供你自己使用，不可与其他用户分享。如要供其他用户使用，你必须按本条款及适用审核程序公开发布该世界。
• 我们可因世界违反本条款或适用法律，或因收到投诉而将已发布的世界下架。
• 已发布世界的修改必须重新接受审核，方可发布修改后的版本。

8.行为守则

你不得利用本服务：

• 以任何形式创作、要求或分享涉及未成年人的色情内容，或任何将未成年人性化的内容；
• 创作或分享宣扬暴力、恐怖主义、自残、针对受保护群体的仇恨或非法活动的内容；
• 未经同意冒充真实人物，或创作诽谤或骚扰真实人物的内容；
• 侵犯他人的知识产权或隐私权；
• 试图提取我们的提示词、模型或系统指令，对本服务进行逆向工程、抓取，或未经我们书面许可以自动化方式访问；
• 规避使用限制、付款、广告或安全措施；
• 干扰本服务或其他用户对本服务的使用。

我们以自动化及人工审核执行上述规则。用户可在本服务内举报内容。违规可能导致内容移除、账号暂停或终止，且不予退款。

8.1 社区功能、举报与申诉

上述规则亦适用于评论、点赞、收藏、关注及其他社区功能。请勿利用这些功能发送垃圾消息、骚扰或冒充他人，或人为操纵互动数据。

世界、评论及 AI 输出会接受自动化内容审核，审核结果可能导致内容被驳回或下架。你可在应用程序内举报内容，亦可联系 [email protected]。如你对自动化审核决定有异议，可发送电子邮件至 [email protected] 申诉；我们会安排人工复核。

9.我们的知识产权

本服务，包括其软件、设计、内置故事及角色、商标（包括「TaleWalk」及「CoreSpring」）及所有相关内容，均由 CoreSpring 或其许可方拥有并受法律保护。我们授予你一项有限、个人、不可转让、可撤销的许可，以按预定用途使用本应用程序及网站。除此之外不授予任何其他权利。

10.终止

你可随时停止使用本服务并删除账号。如你违反本条款、法律要求或我们终止本服务，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。终止后你的许可即告结束；按其性质应继续有效的条款（包括第 7、9、11、12、13、15 及 17 条）在终止后仍然有效。

11.免责声明

本服务按「现状」及「可用」基准提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或暗示的保证，包括对特定用途的适用性、AI 输出的准确性，以及不间断或无错误运作。本条款不排除你作为消费者依法享有且不可排除的权利。

12.责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，CoreSpring 不对因你使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或资料、利润或商誉的损失承担责任。我们就与本服务有关的任何索赔所承担的总责任，以你在索赔事由发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限；如你未曾付款，则以港币 500 元为限。本条款不限制因疏忽导致死亡或人身伤害、欺诈，或任何其他依法不可限制的责任。

13.管辖法律与争议

本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。任何争议均提交香港法院专属管辖，惟欧洲经济区或英国的消费者可在法律要求时于其所在地法院提出索赔。在展开正式程序前，请先联系 [email protected]，大部分问题都能迅速解决。

14.本条款的变更

我们可能更新本条款。新版本会连同新的生效日期在此页公布；如属重大变更，我们会在生效前至少 14 日通过应用程序或电子邮件通知你。在该日期后继续使用本服务即表示你接受新条款。

15.赔偿

在法律允许的范围内，你同意就因你的内容、你对本服务的使用，或你违反本条款或适用法律而引起的任何索赔、损失、责任或开支（包括合理律师费），向 CoreSpring 及其关联公司、高级人员、雇员及代理作出赔偿并使其免受损害。

16.意见反馈

如你向我们提供关于本服务的建议或意见，你同意我们可不受限制地使用，且无需向你支付任何补偿。

17.App Store 版本的附加条款

如你使用从 Apple App Store 取得的 TaleWalk 应用程序（「App Store 版本」），以下条款适用：

• 本条款仅为你与 CoreSpring 之间的协议，而非与 Apple Inc.（「Apple」）之间的协议。App Store 版本及其内容由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 全权负责。
• 授予你的许可仅限于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上使用 App Store 版本的不可转让许可，并须符合 Apple 媒体服务条款及条件中的使用规则；惟在可用的情况下，与你关联的其他账号可通过「家人共享」或批量购买访问本应用程序。
• App Store 版本的任何维护及支持由 CoreSpring 全权负责。Apple 没有义务提供任何维护或支持服务。
• 如 App Store 版本未能符合任何适用保证，你可通知 Apple，Apple 将向你退还该应用程序的购买价格。在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 对 App Store 版本不承担任何其他保证义务。
• 你或任何第三方就 App Store 版本或你对其的持有或使用提出的任何索赔，包括产品责任索赔、该应用程序不符合法律或监管要求的索赔，以及消费者保护或类似法例下的索赔，均由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 负责处理。
• 如有第三方声称 App Store 版本或你对其的持有及使用侵犯其知识产权，该索赔的调查、抗辩、和解及解除由 CoreSpring 而非 Apple 全权负责。
• 你声明你并非身处受美国政府禁运的国家或被指定为「支持恐怖主义」的国家，且你并未被列入任何美国政府的禁止或限制交易方名单。
• 使用 App Store 版本时，你必须遵守适用的第三方协议条款。
• Apple 及其子公司为本条款的第三方受益人；你接受本条款后，Apple 将有权（并被视为已接受该权利）作为第三方受益人向你执行本条款。

18.语言

本条款以英文撰写，译本仅供参考。如英文版本与译本有任何不一致，概以英文版本为准。

19.一般条款

如本条款任何条文被裁定不可执行，其余条文仍然有效。本条款构成你与我们之间关于本服务的完整协议。你不得转让本条款；我们可将本条款转让予关联公司或承继人。我们未执行任何条文不构成放弃。
