1.About these Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain how to create and interact on TaleWalk, the AI interactive fiction iOS app operated by CoreSpring HK Limited in Hong Kong. They apply to everyone using TaleWalk and to worlds, characters, player characters, openings, covers, prompts, AI conversations, profiles, comments and other community activity, whether public or private.

You must be at least 18 to use TaleWalk. Signing in means you confirm your age and agree to these Guidelines, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This gives everyone a common basis for participation.

Section 8 of the Terms of Service contains the legal rules of conduct; these Guidelines give practical explanations. If they conflict, the Terms of Service prevail, so your contractual rights and obligations remain consistent.

2.Our basic principles

• Make room for fiction. You can explore imaginary worlds, difficult themes and different perspectives within these rules. Creative freedom matters, and a fictional setting does not excuse prohibited content.
• Remember that characters are not real people. Treat AI interactions as storytelling, because generated replies do not reflect a real person's feelings or professional judgement.
• Respect real people. Protect their dignity, privacy and boundaries, because your actions can affect people beyond the story.
• Consider other users. Rate and label your work honestly and interact responsibly, so people can make informed choices about what they read and play.

3.Zero-tolerance content

Do not create, request, upload or share any of the following. Once we confirm a violation in this category, we terminate the responsible account and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law. A fictional setting, private world or 18+ label is no exception.

• Sexual content involving minors, or sexualisation of minors in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material and fictional, illustrated or AI-generated depictions, because children must never be exploited or sexualised.
• Real threats of violence or terrorist propaganda. Do not threaten real people or promote, recruit for or support terrorism, because this can facilitate real-world harm.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not create or share intimate images of a real person without their consent, including fabricated or AI-generated images, because consent and sexual privacy must be protected.
• Human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Do not promote, arrange or facilitate either, because no person may be treated as an object for exploitation.

4.Other prohibited content and conduct

The following may lead to rejection, removal or account penalties. Serious violations can result in immediate termination.

• Hate, harassment and harmful conduct. Do not attack people on the basis of protected characteristics, use targeted abuse or encourage violence or illegal activity, because people need to participate without intimidation or harm.
• Glorifying or encouraging self-harm or suicide, including instructions. Supportive, non-instructional discussion is different; encouragement can put vulnerable people at risk.
• Misusing real people's identities. Do not impersonate anyone without consent or create sexualised or defamatory content about real people, including public figures, because public visibility does not remove personal rights.
• Copyright or trademark infringement. Do not use protected stories, images, characters or branding without the necessary rights, because creators and rights holders retain control of their work.
• Fraud, spam or manipulation. Do not scam others, inflate plays or likes, manipulate follows or rewards, or buy, sell or transfer accounts, because this undermines trust and fair participation.
• Exposing personal information. Do not publish another person's private details without permission, because disclosure can endanger their privacy and safety.
• Evading moderation or probing system prompts. Do not bypass safeguards, extract prompts or system instructions, reverse-engineer, scrape or access the Service through automated scripts without our written permission, because these actions compromise safety and service integrity.
• Bypassing payment, advertising or security measures. Do not evade usage limits, fake ad views or interfere with protective controls, because these systems support fair access and reliable operation.

5.Mature content and ratings

All Ages, 13+ and 18+ describe the content of a world, not who may hold an account. All TaleWalk users must be at least 18; the lower ratings do not permit children to use the app.

• 18+ is for permitted mature fiction. Adult relationships, non-graphic references to consensual intimacy between adults, strong language and mature themes such as non-graphic horror may be labelled 18+. Pornography, explicit sexual acts, content intended primarily for sexual arousal, sexual exploitation and graphic or sadistic violence are not allowed at any rating, because an age label is not permission to cause harm or bypass these rules.
• Keep All Ages and 13+ free of adult material. Neither may contain sexual content, nudity, erotic descriptions, graphic violence or gore, or content prohibited elsewhere in these Guidelines. All Ages should stay mild; 13+ may contain moderate fictional tension or non-graphic conflict, because readers rely on ratings to avoid unwanted material.
• Use an accurate rating and tags. Choose the rating for the whole world, including its cover, setup and intended interactions; do not hide adult material behind a lower rating. Moderation may correct a rating or reject or remove content, because labels must reflect what readers encounter.

6.Your responsibilities as a creator

• Describe your world honestly. Keep ratings and tags accurate when you create or revise characters, the player role and the opening, because these details shape both reader expectations and AI interactions.
• Use only material you have the right to use. Check your text, covers and other assets before submission, because crediting a source or generating an image with AI does not by itself give you permission.
• Publish deliberately. Publishing makes your world available for other users to play under the licence in Section 7 of the Terms of Service. Avoid publishing private information, because publication changes who can access your work.
• Keep private worlds within the same rules. A private world is available only to you and cannot be shared with other users; privacy does not exempt it from moderation, because prohibited generation can still cause harm.
• Submit changes for review again. Edits to a published world must pass review before the revised world can be published, because earlier approval does not cover new material.

7.Comments and community interaction

• Be kind, relevant and concise. Keep comments and replies on topic and do not flood threads or repeat promotional messages, because everyone should have room to participate.
• Critique the work, not the person. You may explain why a plot, character or writing choice did not work for you. Insults, threats and repeated unwanted targeting are harassment, because useful criticism helps discussion while personal attacks silence it.
• Do not dox or organise pile-ons. Do not expose identifying details or rally others to target a user, including through replies, likes or follows, because a disagreement must not become coordinated abuse.

8.AI-generated content

• Treat AI output as fiction. Replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected; check factual claims independently, because an AI character is not a reliable source of truth.
• Do not prompt AI to break these rules. Attempts to induce prohibited content are themselves violations, even if generation is blocked, because repeatedly testing safeguards can enable abuse. An unexpected reply is not permission to continue or share prohibited material; report it instead.
• Do not rely on AI for professional help. TaleWalk does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Seek a qualified professional when needed, because fictional dialogue cannot assess your situation; contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

9.Moderation and enforcement

Worlds, comments and AI output undergo automated moderation first. Content may be blocked or rejected before publication or removed after publication. You may request human review through an appeal, because automated decisions can be mistaken.

Our enforcement ladder is a reminder → content removal → feature restrictions → suspension → termination. We consider severity, repetition and harm and may skip steps; serious violations lead directly to termination. This lets us respond proportionately while acting immediately on serious risks.

We may also claw back improperly obtained credits under the Terms of Service, because abuse must not create an unfair benefit. We retain necessary moderation and enforcement records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, so we can review decisions and meet legal obligations.

10.Reporting and blocking

• Report content or users in the app. Use the report option on the relevant content or user, or email [email protected]. Include the content or account identifier, a reason and relevant context, because this helps us locate and assess the issue. Do not download or forward illegal material; identify where it appears instead.
• Block users you do not want to interact with. Use the app's block-user control to stop unwanted interaction from that account, because you should be able to set personal boundaries. Blocking and reporting serve different purposes; report a suspected violation even if you also block the user.
• We carry out an initial review within 24 hours of receiving a report. We assess the risk and take appropriate action; urgent, serious harm is prioritised. An initial review is not a promise that every investigation will be completed in that time, because some reports need further evidence or human review.
• Report in good faith. Do not knowingly submit false reports or organise abusive mass reporting, because misuse can harm other users and delay genuine reports.

11.Appeals and human review

If you disagree with a moderation or account decision, email [email protected] to appeal. Include your account identifier, the affected world or comment identifier, the decision and its date, your reasons and any relevant supporting information. Do not send passwords or illegal material, because we need enough context to review the decision without creating new privacy or safety risks.

A person will review your appeal. We reply within 7 days of receiving it, explaining the outcome or, if more investigation is needed, the reason for the delay and next steps. The 7-day commitment is a response deadline, not a guarantee of final resolution, because complex cases may need additional evidence. If a decision was wrong, we correct it and restore affected content or access as appropriate.

12.Updates and language

We may update these Guidelines as the Service and safety needs change. We publish the current version and effective date here and notify you of material changes in accordance with the Terms of Service, so you can understand the rules that apply. Review the updated Guidelines when notified.

The English version is the legally controlling version. Traditional and Simplified Chinese translations are provided for convenience; if wording differs, English prevails, so the same standard applies across languages. The Terms of Service continue to prevail over these Guidelines.

2.基本原則

• 為虛構創作保留空間。你可以在規則範圍內探索想像世界、複雜主題及不同觀點。創作自由很重要，但虛構設定不能成為禁止內容的藉口。
• 記住角色不是真人。請將 AI 互動視為故事創作，因為生成回覆不代表真人的感受或專業判斷。
• 尊重真實的人。保護他人的尊嚴、私隱及界線，因為你的行為可能影響故事以外的人。
• 對其他使用者負責。誠實標註分級與標籤，負責任地互動，讓他人能知情選擇閱讀及遊玩的內容。

3.零容忍內容

不得創作、要求、上傳或分享以下內容。一旦確認此類違規，我們會終止相關帳戶，並依法律要求向有關機關報告。虛構設定、私密世界或 18+ 標籤均不構成例外。

• 涉及未成年人的性內容，或以任何形式將未成年人性化。包括兒童性虐待材料，以及虛構、繪製或 AI 生成的描繪，因為兒童絕不能遭受剝削或被性化。
• 真實的暴力威脅或恐怖主義宣傳。不得威脅真實的人，或宣揚、招募及支持恐怖主義，因為這可能促成現實傷害。
• 未經同意的私密影像。不得在未經本人同意下製作或分享真人私密影像，包括偽造或 AI 生成影像，因為同意權與性私隱必須受到保護。
• 人口販運或性剝削。不得宣揚、安排或協助此類行為，因為任何人都不應成為被剝削的對象。

4.其他禁止的內容與行為

以下行為可能導致內容被駁回、移除或帳戶受處分。嚴重違規可直接導致帳戶終止。

• 仇恨、騷擾及有害行為。不得基於受保護特徵攻擊他人、針對性辱罵或鼓勵暴力及非法活動，因為每個人都應能免受恐嚇或傷害地參與。
• 美化或鼓勵自殘、自殺，包括提供做法。支持性且不含操作指引的討論與此不同；鼓勵此類行為可能使脆弱的人陷入危險。
• 濫用真人身分。不得未經同意冒充他人，或創作將真人性化或誹謗真人的內容，包括公眾人物，因為知名度不會剝奪個人權利。
• 侵犯版權或商標。不得在欠缺必要權利下使用受保護的故事、圖片、角色或品牌，因為創作者及權利人仍有權控制其作品。
• 詐騙、垃圾訊息或操縱數據。不得詐騙、刷遊玩量或讚數、操縱關注或獎勵，亦不得買賣或轉讓帳戶，因為這會破壞信任與公平參與。
• 洩露個人資料。不得未經許可公開他人的私密資料，因為披露可能危及他人的私隱與安全。
• 規避審核或探取系統提示詞。不得繞過防護、提取提示詞或系統指令、逆向工程、抓取資料，或未經我們書面許可以自動化腳本存取服務，因為這會損害安全與服務完整性。
• 規避付費、廣告或安全機制。不得繞過使用限制、偽造廣告觀看或干擾防護措施，因為這些系統支持公平使用與可靠運作。

5.成人內容與分級

全年齡、13+ 及 18+ 描述的是世界的內容，而非可註冊帳戶的年齡。所有 TaleWalk 使用者均須年滿 18 歲；較低分級不代表兒童可使用本應用程式。

• 18+ 適用於允許的成熟題材。成人關係、非露骨地提及成年人自願的親密關係、粗俗用語，以及非血腥恐怖等成熟題材，可標為 18+。任何分級均不允許色情、露骨性行為、主要旨在引起性興奮的內容、性剝削，或血腥、虐待式暴力，因為年齡標籤並非傷害他人或繞過規則的許可。
• 全年齡及 13+ 不得包含成人內容。兩者均不得出現性內容、裸露、情色描寫、血腥暴力或血腥細節，亦不得包含本規範其他部分禁止的內容。全年齡應保持溫和；13+ 可包含適度的虛構緊張情節或非血腥衝突，因為讀者依賴分級避開不想接觸的內容。
• 準確標註分級與標籤。應按整個世界的內容選擇分級，包括封面、設定及預期互動；不得以較低分級隱藏成人內容。審核可更正分級、駁回或移除內容，因為標籤必須反映讀者實際接觸的內容。

6.創作者責任

• 如實描述你的世界。建立或修改角色、玩家角色及開場時，應保持分級與標籤準確，因為這些細節會影響讀者預期與 AI 互動。
• 只使用你有權使用的素材。提交前檢查文字、封面及其他素材，因為註明來源或使用 AI 生成圖片，本身並不等於取得使用許可。
• 審慎選擇發布。發布後，其他使用者可依服務條款第 7 節的許可遊玩你的世界。避免發布私密資料，因為發布會改變可存取作品的對象。
• 私密世界也須遵守相同規則。私密世界僅供你自己使用，不能與其他使用者分享；私密狀態不免除審核，因為生成禁止內容仍可能造成傷害。
• 修改後重新送審。已發布世界的修改必須通過審核，修訂版才可發布，因為先前的批准不涵蓋新增內容。

7.評論與社群互動

• 友善、切題、簡潔。評論及回覆應圍繞主題，不得洗版或重複發布宣傳訊息，因為每個人都應有參與空間。
• 評論作品，而非攻擊作者。你可以解釋為何不喜歡某段情節、角色或寫作選擇。辱罵、威脅及持續的不受歡迎針對行為屬於騷擾，因為有用的批評促進討論，人身攻擊則使人噤聲。
• 不得人肉搜尋或煽動圍攻。不得曝光可識別身分的資料，或號召他人透過回覆、按讚、關注等方式針對某位使用者，因為意見分歧不應變成有組織的欺凌。

8.AI 生成內容

• 將 AI 輸出視為虛構。回覆可能不準確、不一致或出乎預期；請自行核實事實性陳述，因為 AI 角色並非可靠的事實來源。
• 不得誘導 AI 違反規則。嘗試誘導生成禁止內容本身即屬違規，即使生成被攔截亦然，因為反覆試探防護可能促成濫用。意外出現的回覆不代表你可繼續誘導或分享禁止內容；請改為舉報。
• 不要依賴 AI 尋求專業協助。TaleWalk 不提供醫療、法律、財務或心理建議。有需要時應尋求合資格專業人士協助，因為虛構對話無法評估你的處境；如有即時危險，請聯絡當地緊急服務。

9.審核與執行

世界、評論及 AI 輸出首先經過自動化審核。內容可能在發布前被攔截或駁回，亦可能在發布後被移除。你可透過申訴要求人工複核，因為自動化決定可能出錯。

我們的處理階梯為提醒 → 內容移除 → 功能限制 → 暫停 → 終止。我們考慮嚴重程度、重複違規及造成的傷害，並可跳過步驟；嚴重違規直接終止帳戶。這讓處理與情況相稱，同時可立即應對嚴重風險。

我們亦可依服務條款扣回不當取得的積分，因為濫用不應帶來不公平利益。我們依私隱政策及適用法律保留必要的審核與執行紀錄，以便複核決定及履行法律義務。

10.舉報與封鎖

• 在應用程式內舉報內容或使用者。使用相關內容或使用者上的舉報入口，或電郵至 [email protected]。請提供內容或帳戶識別資料、原因及相關背景，方便我們定位及評估問題。不要下載或轉寄違法材料；請提供其出現位置。
• 封鎖你不想互動的使用者。使用應用程式內的封鎖功能，阻止該帳戶帶來的不受歡迎互動，因為你應能設定個人界線。封鎖與舉報用途不同；即使已封鎖對方，仍應舉報疑似違規。
• 我們在收到舉報後 24 小時內進行初審。我們會評估風險並採取適當行動，優先處理緊急、嚴重的傷害。初審不代表承諾在此期限內完成所有調查，因為部分舉報需要更多證據或人工複核。
• 善意舉報。不得故意提交虛假舉報或組織惡意大量舉報，因為濫用可能傷害其他使用者並延誤真實舉報的處理。

11.申訴與人工複核

如你不同意內容審核或帳戶處理決定，可電郵至 [email protected] 申訴。請提供帳戶識別資料、相關世界或評論的識別資料、決定及日期、申訴理由與相關佐證。不要寄送密碼或違法材料，因為我們需要足夠背景以複核決定，同時避免產生新的私隱或安全風險。

申訴由人工複核。我們在收到申訴後 7 天內回覆，說明結果；如需進一步調查，則說明延遲原因及後續步驟。7 天承諾是回覆期限，而非保證完成最終處理，因為複雜個案可能需要額外證據。如決定有誤，我們會更正，並視情況恢復受影響內容或使用權限。

12.變更與語言

我們可能因服務及安全需要的變化更新本規範。我們會在此發布現行版本及生效日期，並依服務條款通知重大變更，讓你了解適用規則。收到通知時，請閱讀更新後的規範。

英文版為具法律效力的基準版本。繁體及簡體中文翻譯僅供便利；如措辭有差異，以英文為準，使不同語言適用同一標準。服務條款仍優先於本規範。

5.成人内容与分级

全年龄、13+ 及 18+ 描述的是世界的内容，而非可注册账号的年龄。所有 TaleWalk 用户均须年满 18 岁；较低分级不代表儿童可使用本应用。

• 18+ 适用于允许的成熟题材。成人关系、非露骨地提及成年人自愿的亲密关系、粗俗用语，以及非血腥恐怖等成熟题材，可标为 18+。任何分级均不允许色情、露骨性行为、主要旨在引起性兴奋的内容、性剥削，或血腥、虐待式暴力，因为年龄标签并非伤害他人或绕过规则的许可。
• 全年龄及 13+ 不得包含成人内容。两者均不得出现性内容、裸露、情色描写、血腥暴力或血腥细节，亦不得包含本规范其他部分禁止的内容。全年龄应保持温和；13+ 可包含适度的虚构紧张情节或非血腥冲突，因为读者依赖分级避开不想接触的内容。
• 准确标注分级与标签。应按整个世界的内容选择分级，包括封面、设定及预期互动；不得以较低分级隐藏成人内容。审核可更正分级、驳回或移除内容，因为标签必须反映读者实际接触的内容。

6.创作者责任

• 不得人肉搜索或煽动围攻。不得曝光可识别身份的信息，或号召他人通过回复、点赞、关注等方式针对某位用户，因为意见分歧不应变成有组织的欺凌。

8.AI 生成内容

• 将 AI 输出视为虚构。回复可能不准确、不一致或出乎预期；请自行核实事实性陈述，因为 AI 角色并非可靠的事实来源。
• 不得诱导 AI 违反规则。尝试诱导生成禁止内容本身即属违规，即使生成被拦截亦然，因为反复试探防护可能促成滥用。意外出现的回复不代表你可继续诱导或分享禁止内容；请改为举报。

9.审核与执行

世界、评论及 AI 输出首先经过自动化审核。内容可能在发布前被拦截或驳回，亦可能在发布后被移除。你可通过申诉要求人工复核，因为自动化决定可能出错。

我们的处理阶梯为提醒 → 内容移除 → 功能限制 → 暂停 → 终止。我们考虑严重程度、重复违规及造成的伤害，并可跳过步骤；严重违规直接终止账号。这让处理与情况相称，同时可立即应对严重风险。

我们亦可依服务条款扣回不当取得的积分，因为滥用不应带来不公平利益。我们依隐私政策及适用法律保留必要的审核与执行记录，以便复核决定及履行法律义务。

10.举报与屏蔽

• 在应用内举报内容或用户。使用相关内容或用户上的举报入口，或发送邮件至 [email protected]。请提供内容或账号标识、原因及相关背景，方便我们定位及评估问题。不要下载或转发违法材料；请提供其出现位置。
• 屏蔽你不想互动的用户。使用应用内的屏蔽功能，阻止该账号带来的不受欢迎互动，因为你应能设定个人边界。屏蔽与举报用途不同；即使已屏蔽对方，仍应举报疑似违规。
• 我们在收到举报后 24 小时内进行初审。我们会评估风险并采取适当行动，优先处理紧急、严重的伤害。初审不代表承诺在此期限内完成所有调查，因为部分举报需要更多证据或人工复核。
• 善意举报。不得故意提交虚假举报或组织恶意大量举报，因为滥用可能伤害其他用户并延误真实举报的处理。

11.申诉与人工复核

如你不同意内容审核或账号处理决定，可发送邮件至 [email protected] 申诉。请提供账号标识、相关世界或评论标识、决定及日期、申诉理由与相关佐证。不要发送密码或违法材料，因为我们需要足够背景来复核决定，同时避免产生新的隐私或安全风险。

申诉由人工复核。我们在收到申诉后 7 天内回复，说明结果；如需进一步调查，则说明延迟原因及后续步骤。7 天承诺是回复期限，而非保证完成最终处理，因为复杂个案可能需要额外证据。如决定有误，我们会更正，并视情况恢复受影响内容或使用权限。

12.变更与语言

我们可能因服务及安全需要的变化更新本规范。我们会在此发布现行版本及生效日期，并依服务条款通知重大变更，让你了解适用规则。收到通知时，请阅读更新后的规范。

英文版为具有法律效力的基准版本。繁体及简体中文翻译仅供便利；如措辞有差异，以英文为准，使不同语言适用同一标准。服务条款仍优先于本规范。
